Please email your policy number and the desired new effective date and any documented proof, such as the copy of airline ticket, copy of visa travel issued, application status - screenshot from the government website to support your request for the change to email@example.com.
If no claim on the policy, Please email the copy of boarding pass or stamp on the passport of arrival in the home country of the insured along with policy number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please email the copy of the visa refusal letter before the effective date OR boarding pass or stamp on the passport of arrival in the home country of the insured along with policy number to email@example.com.
Once the refund request is submitted, if no claim on the policy, the email confirmation is sent within 48 hours of the process initiation and the amount is credited back to your credit card within 4 weeks.
